Do I need previous experience?
Studio Allegro offers classes at a range of levels and welcomes new students with or without previous dance experience. Please contact us to schedule a., and we will determine
What do I need to wear?
Ballet students are required to wear a black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers and wear hair in a bun. Boys should wear a white t-shirt, black pants, white socks and white ballet slippers.
How many students are in each class?
Our Creative Movement and Beginner Ballet classes are capped at 12 students/class. Intermediate and Advanced classes can have up to 20 students.
How do I register?
Returning students should register through the Dance Studio Portal. New students should contact us for registration information.
When can I start pointe?
Students are required to attend a minimum of two Ballet classes per week for at least two years before they will be considered for pointe. Pointe students must be at least 11 years old and must receive permission from the director to begin pointe work.
